How to use this NTE tier-list workspace
NTE lists need a clear information date because publicly available test-stage material and later official-service information should not be treated as the same evidence. Use this workspace to separate a combat, control-feel, or design-preference list, identify which information stage you used, and leave characters with uncertain details outside a performance claim.

A design or control-feel favourites list that is not presented as performance advice
Make your assumptions easy to check
Put the information date and test or official-service context in the title.
Do not mix preference placements with performance placements in the same unnamed tier.
Keep characters with incomplete or changeable information in a separate pending row.
